SMS Messaging

DataDoor sends text messages only when you ask us to, and only about the specific property you asked about.
How you opt in. When you are viewing a DataDoor-enabled listing — at the property or online — you can ask the assistant to text you a document, such as an inspection report, or to book a showing. Before we send anything, we ask for your mobile number and you must actively agree by checking a box, unchecked by default, that reads: "Text me about this property. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Consent is never required to view a listing, ask questions, or get answers.
What we send
Only transactional messages you requested: the document link you asked for, a showing confirmation, and a showing reminder. No marketing, no promotions, and no messages about other properties.
Opting out. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time to stop all messages. Reply HELP or INFO for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Your information. Mobile numbers are used only to send the messages you requested and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
