Genie Box - Level II
Level II includes everything included in Level I, plus:
Data Door’s property-specific behavior provides agents and sellers with intelligent, specific, and reliable feedback. These real world analytics enable agents to tailor and segment their marketing strategies for increased ROI/impact, selling homes faster and for more money.
Data Door’s Genie Box communicates with our proprietary custom beacons to analyze visitor behavior and draw correlations to purchase preferences. Here are some of the metrics displayed in the dashboard:
Vehicle traffic
Foot traffic on sidewalks
Foot traffic stopping outside and looking
Foot traffic coming over from the opposite side of the street
How often the visitor came to the house and at what times of day
When they came for a second visit
Percentage of return visitors
In addition to these sidewalk analytics, DataDoor's level II Genie Box is equipped with a push button - allowing potential home buyers to speak with you or a member of your team about the property live at the curb, where you can build a connection with the buyer even if that particular home isn't the one.
PRODUCT INFO
Monthly rental excludes 1-time account set-up of $75 and a $100 security deposit. First time account set-up includes 2 custom inserts. Additional custom inserts available for $40 (Set of 2 inserts).
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Your Genie Box can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment as long as it remains in the same condition as the date of purchase.
Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
SHIPPING INFO
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Data Door is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Data Door is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
